The ability to automate the Caller Identification & Verification
process brings significant benefits to an organisation in the
form of reduced costs and improved advisor morale. We have therefore
provided two applications – one Touch-Tone and one Speech
Driven – to show how automated ID&V can take place.
They also illustrate the potential for automated call routing
based on the individual who is calling and the nature of their
call.
Try the demonstration
Below you will find a list of dummy account holders, each of whom
has an account number and associated PIN. These are used to identify
and then verify account holders after which a rules engine decides
how to treat them based on their status.
