The project methodology we develop to is Prince based and provides structure
and discipline for the wide variety of projects we undertake. It is practical
and pragmatic and designed by experienced project and program managers with
wide ranging experience in SSADM, Prince and ISO 9001.
Our methodology includes a set of standards and methods within a
framework that allows each application to be engineered using the correct
tools for the job. It provides a baseline against which we and our customers
can agree development stages and end products, and facilitates complete
traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
The methodology has recently been reviewed to align its stages with the
Capability Maturity Model for Software (CMM), developed by the Software
Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University (USA). The Capability
Maturity Model with which we are fully compatible is being adopted by a number
of UK and European companies.
