to enhance the skill-sets of their own team.

- Simple step-by-step guides. Available for all system users and
administrators. Also available: On-line assistance (customised Windows Help,
for example) and multimedia training for users at all levels.
- Workshops and training courses. A hands-on, controlled environment
that either lets end users learn how to use the system or prepares your
own trainers to deliver a cascade training programme.
- Mentoring for your business and technical teams, who can take on as
much of the system management and onward development of the application
as you wish. The mentoring scheme is based on detailed system documentation
and a tailored programme of support and assistance.
