We design your IT solution and make sure it's successfully in place. Post deployment we can provide a full support service, however some of our customers want to stand on their own two feet, and take advantage of the new systems to enhance the skill-sets of their own team.

To make sure your company is gaining the maximum return on its investment, and exploiting the new system’s capabilities to the full, we offer these value-added services:

  • Simple step-by-step guides. Available for all system users and administrators. Also available: On-line assistance (customised Windows Help, for example) and multimedia training for users at all levels.
  • Workshops and training courses. A hands-on, controlled environment that either lets end users learn how to use the system or prepares your own trainers to deliver a cascade training programme.
  • Mentoring for your business and technical teams, who can take on as much of the system management and onward development of the application as you wish. The mentoring scheme is based on detailed system documentation and a tailored programme of support and assistance.
