Nortel IVR Applications
ICR has been providing Nortel IVR application development services to Nortel,
3rd party systems integrators and directly to end customers for many years.
We have invested in the largest independent Nortel IVR development team in the
UK which undertakes application build, test, installation and ongoing application
support with remote connections to Nortel and Customer Sites.
Syntellect / Envox IVR Applications
The Envox IVR environment is now the dominant IVR component within the Syntellect product set.
ICR is a leading UK IVR solutions provider for Envox IVR applications and the delivery
of complete Envox based IVR solutions. Working with this platform we are able to
deliver both simple and complex voice applications incorporating IVR,
Speech Recognition and Text to Speech components where required.
VXML applications and other IVR platforms
In addition to the Nortel IVR and Syntellect / Envox platforms we also deliver
IVR and Speech Recognition applications for a number of other IVR system environments
such as Tier EPOS, and we are equally at home delivering applications
via VXML tools on our VXML platforms.
