Our Speech Recognition and IVR application development services are performed within
ICR’s structured IVR development methodology to ensure that our clients' requirements
are met successfully. We can be called upon to deliver IVR applications for an
organisation’s existing IVR systems or the on-site platforms we supply. Alternatively
applications can be incorporated as part of our hosted IVR service.
We have been chosen by a number of the UK’s major technology companies and telecomms
operators as their preferred 3rd party IVR application development partner to build IVR and
Speech Recognition applications or to supplement internal teams.
Nortel Periphonics IVR applications
We have been providing Periphonics IVR application development services to Nortel / Periphonics,
3rd party systems integrators and directly to end customers for a number of years. We have invested
in a significant Nortel / Periphonics IVR development environment which is located within our
offices and utilised for IVR development, testing and remote connections to Nortel and customer sites.
Envox IVR applications
ICR is a leading UK development partner for Envox IVR applications and complete Envox
based IVR solutions. Working in partnership with Envox as the platform provider we are
able to deliver both simple and complex IVR applications incorporating sophisticated
Speech Recognition and Text to Speech components where required.
VXML applications and other IVR platforms
In addition to the Nortel and Envox platforms we are also able to deliver IVR applications
on a number of other IVR system environments including VXML. We have delivered EPOS IVR
applications for a major systems integrator and finance organisation in the UK and we are
equally at home delivering applications via VXML tools on our VXML platforms.
