The use of standard tools and methodologies to support both IT
and business projects has become increasingly common in recent
years. In addition to providing project management and business
& technical analysis resources, we can also supply specialists
to support existing projects and Project Managers, or to establish
new Project Office environments.
Our Associate Consultants can mentor staff, introducing them to
project management and business & technical analysis techniques,
tools and methods, such as PRINCE2, MS Project, PMW and SSADM
processes and procedures.
To complement these skills, our internal application development
team use their Prince based Project Methodology.
