Following the change of ownership and re-branding of the Nortel product set to AVAYA, FDI turned to ICR for on-going AVAYA IVR development and support for new and existing applications and hardware.
FDI provide a range of “White Label” services associated with the provision and administration of own-brand credit cards for a wide range of customers.
