However, we offer great flexibility and ICR's IVR design and development expertise can be accessed at any stage of your IVR solution’s lifecycle, from requirements gathering and VUI design through to post deployment application tuning. We’re equally happy to provide resources, with specific skills, to augment in-house teams. The results are effective, user-friendly applications delivering exceptional levels of automation.
